Bob, we don't have to look back to prehistory. Commercialism as we know it today is very new for our human brains.
Maybe if it had gradually developed the thousands of years it wouldn't be so damaging.
Y'know the same goes for our food. The 1950's seem to be the turning point of our western culture. Pesticides and herbicides were already widely used, genetically altered grains were in advanced state of development, use of chemical fertilizers was becoming widespread, and commercial t.v. boomed in America.
All of this cultural shock is traumatic, even to those (or maybe especially) who don't know that it exists. So all the more important to eat as healthy as we can, think good loving thoughts and if we want to be stimulated into feeling
'excited' all the time, then we will pay the consequences.
So, Bob, I hope you're enjoying a nice boring and bland Sunday, but eating like a king.
Love and Light
Myra
P.S. I always love to read your posts, always lol~!!!
