I have so many more questions. I've read the book once and am on my second reading, but still, more questions.

Kelp. I know it is seaweed, but is there an actual type of seaweed called kelp? Or is kelp the name for any seaweed? In the markets, seaweed comes in packages with many different names. There is Nori used in sushi, a type of seaweed that looks like black hair, and I've tried several different brands of seaweed that both look and taste different from one another. I want to incorporate the kelp that is recommended in the book into my diet, but which one is it?
