kind of ironic that i come frequently to the university of arizona med school library (home of andy weil) with the sole purpose of exploring the blood type web site.
actually, i still have a lot of respect for the courage the man does have. he certainly has taught me much about the mind-body connection, herbology, and more.
it is disappointing though, that he seems to fear the truth of peter's work.
why does this happen?
dr weil is one of the more open minded and magnanimous healers to emerge from his generation, nevertheless he will close himself off to insights with which he could help many.
it is more ironic still that i came to the btd by way of dr. weil, who recommended reading jesse stoff's book on chronic fatigue syndrome (which i had). dr. stoff has done beautiful work healing chronic fatigue, cancer, and more, frequently employing the btd.
dr. stoff and andy weil are friends, but i wonder: is dr. weil aware of dr. stoff's approach? or does he just recommend him based on the success he has?
pardon my indulgences, pondering such thoughts, as i stand on the verge of a career in naturopathy.
