The Blood Type Diet Archives Volume 18

Vegetarian O

Greetings,

I posted a similar message last week but was away on vacation and wasn't able to read any responses. I didn't realize the postings erased the older questions so quickly. I'll ask it again in the hopes that you will be kind enough to maybe repeat your answers for me.

I am a vegetarian for moral reasons. I couldn't possibly ask another being to give it's life for my sustenance. I have been a vegetarian for many years and have been healthy and fine. My naturopath has suggested I look into the blood type diet as an experiment. You can imagine my surprise to find out my blood type (O) is mainly carniverous.

Are there any other vegetarian O's out there? What do you do for protein? I have been ignoring the suggested limit on eggs, tofu and tempeh. All the "off the shelf" soy products like garden burgers and Veat are made with dairy or gluten.

Are there any other observations, comments or words of wisdom you might impart? I have only been trying this for two weeks now and have not noticed much difference yet.

I would be grateful for your input.

Peace.

Carol Anne
