Eye Health

I had a scare this week with flashing in one eye. It turned out to be the "jelly" moving,not the retina!!(However, you should always have this checked out; it is easier to fix the retina in early stages!!) Do you have any dietary recommendations, besides the usual vitamin C, zinc, copper, selenium, B2, etc.??
