Discrepancies in books

Dear Dr. D'Adamo:

I am really confused. I, my friend, and my daughter are all type "O". My book, "Eat Right 4 Your Type, says Oat Bran and Oatmeal are neutral. My friend's book says to avoid them. My book says Kiwi is neutral, and my daughter's book says Kiwi should be avoided.

I honestly don't know what to do, and they don't either. If we have discovered two discrepancies, or even one, how do we know what we are really supposed to eat?

I hope you will answer this question as I don't find it anywhere on this web site, and I have really looked. I sincerely want to follow your program, and so do they, but we have to have the correct information.

Please, please advise. Thank you for your time.

Sincerely,

Lenice Tuthill
