Then it wasn't just me! I was a little leery of attributing it to the cleanse, but I felt the same way. I also mini-fasted for a day and a half before doing the cleanse. I get the same feeling of clear-mindedness and peace plus extra energy when I fast, but it goes away as soon as I eat and this time it didn't. Hmmm.
