Scared too. Doc says I have gallbaldder polyp

I too am considering a gallbladder flush.
I too am scared. My ultrasound shows a cholesterol polyp in my gall bladder. Does anyone know if this poses risk for a cleanse? My accupuncturist says people have sludge in their gall bladder and that at least I would flush out the sludge.
I really want to do the cleanse but approach with fear.
