Getting off Prozac! REALLY need help...
Posted By: Chris (0+ nonny)
I suffer from mild depression and was put on 20 mg. of Prozac. I have been on it for about 4 months and thru its help have been able to really see how I got depressed in the first place. I have really changed my life to eliminate the stress and negative thinking which put me in the depression and want to go off the Prozac because it is making me gain weight. True I haven't been eating so well, but I don't think I've ever gained weight so fast. So I want to wean myself off.....
Can anyone give suggestions. Has anyone (esp. O's) gotten on Prozac? I would love to hear ideas about things I can take as I am going off the Prozac.
Note: When I was in the depression I was not following the diet. Now, I do eat wheat and avoids but try to balance them as much as possible with highly beneficials.
