I never bothered with a parasite cleanse or any other because my thinking is, 10 months on the BTD with 99% compliancy should have done the job.
And I couldn't help myself by having a steak at 1:30pm. I thought being an O with a strong digestive system should have that covered as well. I thought maybe A's should be the ones to eat light by 2:00pm. But I only passed a couple of dozen stones (some big).
But I will do the next one properly. Just something light in the morning (probably steamed veggies), and nothing after 12:00pm. I will also have an extra half cup each of oil and lemon juice 15 minutes before the 10:00pm one.
