liver cleanse

In Response To: liver cleanse (Jenny)

Flax oil is also recommended. I would make sure you have good bowel movements and also that you have tried to do a parasite cleanse for a week or so before you do a liver cleanse or you will feel very ill, possibly vomit. I didn't parasite cleanse first and didn't get many stones out, and I felt sick as a dog in the morning, close to throwing up.

If you don't want to spend loads on Hulda Clarks expensive herbs and zapper, I would at least drink a tea made of wormwood leaves and cloves each day (with honey or something as it tastes revolting) for a week.

Plus a raw clove of garlic chopped up and swallowed with flax oil or water will help kill bacteria. (You shouldn't have too many after effects of bad smelling breath this way, and raw is best).Garlic is one of the most powerful cleansers you can find.

Beware if you are pregnant doing anything like this. Taking herbs like Wormwood or cloves may be dangerous to the foetus. Garlic should be okay for your baby, but check it out before hand.

Hope that helps
