I put my O type husbnd onto soya. Replacing all dairy. The results were terrible. he had the most toxic flatulence ever. It seemed to turn his insides, giving him pain and discomfort. I have put him back to a reduced amount of milk and the odd yogurt. Back to health again.He has rice milk also. He has a gluten allergy.Has this something to do with it?loui
