In Response To: Are Soy Products Safe (Jim ( A rh- ) Aus)
I would be very wary of processed soy products. Our family is O's and A's......I switched our milk to soy, and our youngest within a few weeks looked like a war ravaged refugee child. Soy contains no cholesterol, which is the building block for cell production, along with all the information in that article. For some A types soy products fall to the neutral category. My husband is an A, he eats no soy, and no red meat, but lots of fish, which contains idodine and healthy oils.
I would say if you have concerns over soy then make your own soy products, and avoid processed ones. I let the children go back to milk, with one change, it is organic, no hormones or anitbotoics. Our littlest one seems much healthier with this change.
When I posted on this topic, I received many emails from others off the board, on soy allergies and how they did not get benefits from soy as A and AB bloodtypes. If anything I would use soy in moderation, and eat HB fish for much needed protein, oils and vitamins. I am a firm believer that man is at the top of the food chain for a reason and that our bodies are not meant to be completely fueled from plant food.
