WHEN I MAKE THE BREAD I DO IT ON MANUAL, THEN COOK IT IN A REGULAR BREAD PAN. ROUND LOAVES JUST DON'T TURN ME ON. OF COURSE YOU WILL NEED TO PLAY WITH IT DEPENDING UPON WHERE YOU LIVE AND WHAT YOUR WEATHER CONDITIONS ARE. I LIVE IN THE MOUNTAINS AND I NEEDED TO ADJUST IT A BIT, BUT NOT MUCH. I HAVE BEEN PLEASED WITH THE TEXTURE AND THE WAY IT RISES.
