Hello Robin!

I have a couple books on therapeutic use of amino acids. One that might be worth looking at in a bookstore is The Healing Nutrients Within, by Eric Braverman MD. I've just glanced through a few of the sections on l-carnitine supplementation and saw no mention at all of the need to cycle it, and I don't recall the author ever suggesting it when I read the book some time ago. I've also read many articles about carnitine's use in chronic fatigue syndrome and don't believe I ever saw a recommendation that it be cycled in those articles either. Good luck in your research!
