for me there is no link. I take 1 grapefruit everyday with lecithin and flaxseedoil as a smoothy!
My bp has been going down dramatically since on the BTD.
I have been drinking grapefruit my whole life (before my ER time together with orange and lemon! No, my bp is still
130/78. So far, so good!
