You can trust Dr. D., also, the included link comes from an organization that is somehow working together with Dr. D. as far as I understand. Dr. D's work is probably the basis for what they have published.
Furthermore, do not confuse ER4YT's or LR4YT's BTD with just lectin related research. Lectins are only one aspect within the complex subject of nutrition. By following BTD you will obtain far more benefits than just avoid/beneficial lectins. I have written a message about what my perception of BTD is all about, try and find it in the archives, otherwise I post it here again.
