Your post is so full of hope and life, it was a pleasure to read. Yes it is even more wonderful that alot of the answers are very simple, you know you're on the right track.

A close friend was recently diagnosed with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (CFS). Her family does not understand. Her late teen kids do not accept it, and think she is just fooling around. Also her husband seems not to really believe it or something. It took her 2 years of going to the doctor every week, complaining about pains, exhaustion. She then went to some professor who was able to diagnose her. I mentioned eating right a number of times, she went to various alternative therapies. Most did nothing, although accupunture helped her, but only for a few days after a session.

I repeatedly told her that eating right would really help her. That the conventional normal health food theories were now passe, no matter what any doctor or friend into health foods said to her. I also could help her tremendously by teaching her chikung (gigung) - tai chi breathing exercises. I've also mentioned that these are all tools for her, she learns, she's responsible, and it's also cheap compared to going to some therapist all the time. Another crutch. But even the most intelligent people enjoy their crutches.

I was wondering about your eating habbits. Do you wait a long period of time between your snacks? Do you wait if you have protein for one snack and a carbo for the next snack? So from what I understand you eat only one food at a time. i.e. no cake like or pie like foods? These can be made according to traditional food combining, but they do combine different ingredients.

Love and Light
Myra
