Unfortunately going inside you will see typical polish food full of my (0) avoids.
There is nothing I think like universal Polish cuisine. There are three regions being in the past centuries under control of Russia, Austro-Hungary and Germany. Each region preferences are slightly different. Anyway if you know German heavy and fatty cuisine you know average Polish diet. Typical recipes are in 99% heavy poisons for me.
