relief from the dextrose avoid

I felt so ill I slept through school today. Last night (I was feeling too exhausted to print the details )I had pains all over-similar to the flu, even a general, quite painful ache in my stomach- and figured all the stress was wearing me down. Well, got rid of the dextrose salt, have had some gastro experiences and "movements" today-- and
my aches, pains, overall bloat, and stomach distress has moved its way out. I feel so much better. Just fixed an awesome dinner of broccoli, onions, garlic (had been tacing garlic cloves thru-out the day)w/ lots of hot curry (turmeric, etc.), cayenne, and thyme, olive and flax oils on top of the cooced mixture- (tasted exceptionally good) with a med-rare stea(my "cay" is brocen!)and I feel great.Whew!
Last night I ate some organic flaxseeds soaed in water, as Dr. D has suggested.
Impressive that I can recover that quicly.

Once- again--I am aware of the typos-- my letter-typing board has a brocen letter "cay" :-)Sorry!

Sharing to possibly help another in similar circumstances!

Tae care,
