Sprouting Wheat

Yes, sprouted wheat is fine-- I alternate manna bread
between 100pct sprouted wheat, & 100pct sprouted rye,
and there is no difference.

Non-sprouted wheat messes me up bigtime-- a headache, allergies, or a diminished immune system-- always a price to pay.

I have been on the blood type diet over a year, and before that was a wheat-eating vegan-- in my vegan days, I could
handle wheat just fine, so it seemed, except the whole
thing wasn't working (running out-of-gas, overweight).
