insulin resistance ... overcome

Hi Laurie,

The only thing that I've read that professes to overcome insulin resistance, and its sequelae Type II Diabetes is the book 'Lights Out' by T.S. Wiley. Her Perscription of enough seasonal sleep + a mild-winter ketosis are very important. [WARNING: You may not approve of the writing style, but her ideas are #1.]
