I also purchased a organic pumpkin this weekend and it was approximately the same size as yours and I have no idea what to do with it. I have always used can pumpkin and now I'm learning fresh is the best. I laughed at myself when I bought it thinking, "Wow, now what do I do? Do I dare ask?" So, thank you, thank you, thank you for asking this question. I'm pretty much a city girl and am clueless with regards to using pumpkins for anything else but jack-o-lanturns. But I'm willing to learn! Thanks.
