I'm sure either Chinese or Japanese green is fine. I have tried many, my favorite is Tazo Envy Oraganic Green Tea
"A Floral somewhat nutty blend of organic greens teas from the misty mountains of China."
Whatever country, if you drink a lot of green tea I would definately try to find an organic one.
