This weekend at a restaurant I had "Aged" Black Angus filet mignon. Anything perishable, like meat and age seem like a funky mix. Anyway, it tasted scrumptious, devine!
Now that I have enjoyed it, I am ready for the bad news if any. What exactly is and how do they age meat???
