I too have discovered the wonderful taste of foods from other countries,having lived in sounthern Spain for over 18 years. One being the cheeses made from goat,sheep or a combination of the two milks. Heavenly and delicious in their many cured states from mild to strong flavoured, aged cheese. It combines wonderfully with the olive oil, fresh vegetables and sunshine.
