In Response To: Really interesting responses to Robin's post -- any A's care (Christie A pos INFP)

I have been following the BTD for about 6 months, am not 100% compliant but have found what works for me and my lifestyle. Morning..fresh fruit juice or salad (combining many of the following: apples, grapes, pineapples, carrots, berries and a banana now and then) I know it is a no no for A's but.. also handfuls of dried fruits , raisins, apricots, figs , date and nuts for snacks and energy. Mid morning; bread (beneficial),olive oil, with goats cheese and sliced cucumber or tuna salad. Some days oatmeal cereal with dried fuits, and sunflower seeds. Main meal varies; saute'd veggies(carrots, onions, zucchini, mushrooms, bean sprouts, etc. with or without chicken, served over various rices and seasoned with soy sauce and or East Indian seasonings. A lovely bean/lentel soup with loads of veggies(beneficial), or a pizza European style (can't find the cheese or tomatoes and ultra thin base)) but lots of toasted veggies, olives & goats cheese combined with a lovely salad. Tuna and or salmon at least three times weekly. I have removed most milk and products, the odd time have cultured yogurt and have substituted organic soy drink for milk. I DO have chocolate or a home made pastry when I have the craving. Wine, coffee green tea and at least 1- 2 litres of water a day. I enjoy my food and don't get bent out of shape if I eat something that may not be 100 % acceptable.

Hope that this is of some help. Good luck finding what works for you.
