This A-Type's menu for the day..

In Response To: Really interesting responses to Robin's post -- any A's care (Christie A pos INFP)

Lentil-vegetable stew for breakfast (sounds strange, but gives me really steady energy for hours without cravings or "bloated" feeling, and I find hot soup very comforting in the morning!)

Beneficial fish, soy, or grain entree for lunch

Beneficial vegetables, nuts and seeds for dinner

Beneficial fresh or dried fruits for in-between meal snacks.

I also seem to feel better by following Dr. D'Adamo's recommendation to eat heartily early in the day and eat lighter later in the day. Blessings...
