Goat cheese

I grew up in the states, and at the age of 18 moved to Israel. I never ate goats or sheeps cheese while growing up.
I don't know when it happened, I've been here for too long, but somehow someway I've learned to love goat and sheep cheese more than cow cheese.
I think that there are many foods which one can acquire the taste for them. In fact, I have a whole list of foods I've learned to love since moving to the mideast 30 years ago.
