All O's, All B's and A non-secretors Cranberry Recipe

Cranberry Smoothie:

2 frozen bananas (take two ripe bananas and throw them in the freezer overnight)
1 handful of fresh cranberries
1 cup of 100% cranberry juice

Use a vegetable peeler to peel the bananas. (gloves are useful to keep hands from freezing!)
Cut bananas into 2" chuncks and toss into blender.
Add cranberry juice and whole cranberries to the blender.

Whirl on the highest setting for the blender until smooth. The color is georgeous - like raspberry. The result is not sweet and not puckering either!

Great way to add cranberry to your diet without sugars!

The above recipe is also delicious substituting 100% blueberry juice and a handful of fresh/frozen blueberries.
