I slipped on a shirt today that I have not worn in years. A smile and a little mischevious laughter came over me. It was as if I got presents on Christmas eve and Christmas morning.

This is the way it allways should have been but wasn't. Being able to eat and not be hungry and feel good about myself , I am reinvented.

My recent sleep problem that I blamed on Mold turned out to be the different preserving methods they use on the meats in the south V. the north. I now buy my meats at a butcher shop ( I know I should be eating the hormone free variety, but I have had perfect success with commercial types up till this little speedbump).

Funny thing, I kept making progress even through the rough spots...

This is a wonderful board full of very helpful people who have assited me greatly..
