Beware! Lavilin contains the dangerous BHT!

I was really interested in Lavilin after reading these posts, so looked it up on the net. I saw it had butylhydroxytoluene(BHT) in it, which I assumed would be nasty stuff since it contains toluene and I know toluene is bad news. I looked up BHT, to see what it's action is and see if I could find a replacement to make a natural version, and found some reports about its ill effects on health. The link below refers to BHT as a food additive, but never underestimate your skin's ability to absorb toxins from topical applications (and I would think the armpits would be an especially a vulnerable area).
And a note I found on toluene: "EXPOSURE TO TOLUENE MAY AFFECT THE DEVELOPING FOETUS"
I have made a deodorant balm that works for me and believe me, I normally stink. The only commercial deodorant that works for me is one that you are supposed to be able to "skip a day", and I can't. My deodorant was a balm base (wax and oil), with cypress oil(most important ingredient), bergamot oil, and lavender oil.
