Tyrosine and BP

Does anyone know whether tyrosine has an effect on blood pressure? I started taking some of the Catechol (with tyrosine in it) and felt some mild headache. Any reason someone should not take it?? I am O+ with probable low thyroid and some anxiety and felt that Catechol would work, which it seems to with the anxiety; but I am concerned about a possible raise of BP and other effects of a substance on neurotransmitters. Any thoughts?
