Traditional fenugreek relish

In Response To: fenugreek/methi - how to use it? (Katrina /A /non secretor)
The Yemenites are big consumers of fenugreek. They make a very very hot relish with it. I make it, but leave out the hot peppers since the BTD.
Soak fenugreek seeds until they just begin to sprout. They swell up and you can see alittle bit of white.
Strain the liquid into a bowl and save. Put the seeds in a blender or food processor, add fresh coriander, garlic, salt, a bit of olive oil and blend till very creamy and smooth. Use the sprouting water for liquid while blending the mixture.
I miss the hot peppers, but this is quite good too. Fenugreek is definitely an acquired taste.
