For a variety from pumpkin seeds I also eat walnuts and
almonds a couple of times a week. Sometimes I make my
own trail mix with these three things and then add a little
dried fruit to it.

I also snack on raw veggie sticks and almond butter sometimes, regular fruit or dried fruit that is organic
and unsulphured.

I still have some 0 bars left and have 1/2 of one of those
every once in awhile.

If you eat grains you can find rice crackers in a health
food store and hummus or almond butter or tuna or chicken
on the rice crackers.
