Weren’t you the one who accused people who follow food combining to be anorexic and have compulsive eating disorders? Quote "I use to follow Fit For Life and they had me totally convinced that meat would make me dirty and smelly". For your information, if "fit for live" made you feel that way, the authors are complete morons. Proper food combining has nothing to do with making people feel dirty and smelly. Many European food combining books feature more protein recipes than starch recipes. However, it is not the first time that viable concepts have been changed to fad bullsh... here in the US. Just don't confuse food combining with fit for life. No wonder that you are completely confused. As for anorexic and compulsive, your should look at your own diet history .
