supplementing with Magnesium, B1 and B6. Try around 750 mg of Mg (250mg x3). The other two, buy singly and the lowest dose tablet you can find and take with each meal. Break tablets if necc, probably don't need more than 25mg x 3 (and even that is a lot.
See if this doesn't help you digest foods better, prevent dry skin and provide more alertness.
