I went to visit my A sister yesterday who is 18 months older than I am. She is 150 lbs over weight now. She is an ICU nurse and currently taking Prozac for depression and numerous other drugs for asthma and skin conditions.
My heart just dropped when I saw her. She seems to look worse every day but cannot even look at BTD. I wish somehow she could see all of the great things this diet does for people physically and mentally but I guess she is not ready to give up those things that are comforting to her which includes milk, bread, cheese and red meat.
