In Response To: protein shakes (THOMAS DEKANY A1+ /INFJ /not an expert, but helpful)

Actually, I don't see any problem with this because I am using veggies and soups
that are in agreement with ER4YT. The protein shakes are also just a way to
ease off some of the heavier proteins. My liver isn't 100%, so this seems to be
feeling good. I intend to keep up the ER4YT diet. This past month and a half
I have finally got off caffeine, a 30 year habit. These shakes are helping with
keeping my blood sugar stable. I read about this in a magazine, but there is a
book out called the 7 Day Detox. One of the authors started Great Smokies labs.

I like the idea that rice protein shakes are compatible for 0 blood types and thought I would share. To each his own. Besides this is only intended for 7 days or so at the change of seasons, if you have toxicity symptoms.
