the theory of inhibiting the conversion of testosterone to dihydrotestrone to aid the prostate has fallen out of favor.it is now that the body's conversion of estrogen causes prostate problems.so,saw palmetto is out and aromatase inhibitors are in.nap offers aromastat,which does this and should increase the male sex drive.
