I'm tired of mozarella cheese, and I don't care that much for Feta and when I heard that Mizithra is made from sheep's milk I got excited that there might be another cheese I could have. I found it at my supermarket but the 2nd ingredient was whey (after sheep's milk). If the 2nd ingredient is SHEEP's whey is that ok for an O? I know cow's whey is an avoid. Also, how would I know what type of whey it is (if it matters)?
