I have notice a definate case of burping since drinking Gerolsteiner. My girls are horrified but the little boy I babysit for love to burp so he just laughs.I can burp freely in front of him. I love mineral water. Never really drank it until about 2 months ago and now I HAVE to have at least 1/2 liter a day. I would have more but my O daughter loves it too so we share a liter each day. I love to drink it from the bottle until my throat burns. Drinking it from a glass is just not the same. I usually drink plain water in the morning and evening but through the afternoon I guzzle the mineral water. One reason I am so glad to have discovered it is because it has a high calcium content so is great for us Os. I can't explain it but it really does seem to make me feel good. Glad I found it.
