In Response To: what a sloppy evolutionary story (Dylan realtor)
the discovery channel had a program recently that indicated neanderthals were forced into much colder, harsher climates by the influx of of modern humans.the living conditions caused a 2% decline in population growth, which was enough to lead to extinction.the vegatation would probably be very low in that climate,so they probably had to subsist on a meat diet.up until then, they were on this planet for a relatively long time, and were successful.
