Larch Arabinogalctan (ARA6), walnuts, dark blue, purple or red fruits,pomegranates, guava, onions, dill, tarragon, broccoli leaves, garlic, curcumin, and tumeric.
Then of course, the whole blood type diet is aimed to reduce polyamines.
