Rhodiola

Hi! I have previously used St John's Wort for depression and Kava Kava for stress/anxiety, but since getting into LR4YT, I am beginning to understand better what makes me tick; in the group O section of Live Right, Dr d'Adamo recommends Rhodiola for stressed O's, and Kava Kava and SJW are avoids! Ho hum, have started taking Rhodiola regularly this week - and I get my herbs from Solgar here in the UK - their website seems international though - see link.
Regarding MAO - the chemistry of brain transmitter substances is pretty complex, and I am happy to accept the recommendation of Dr D that Rhodiola is good for us O's, but will keep you posted. I am going through paradigm shifts at a rate of knots - but the proof of the pudding is in the eating :-)
