I make all my salad dressings. The base is:
Olive, flaxseed, sesame, walnut Oils; garlic, HB herbs & spices, lemon juice. Shake it up and YUM!!! I have about 2/3 combined oils & 1/3 lemon juice.
Sometimes I make mustard & honey using the same base.
For ranch style dressings, we'll let Edna post tofu based dressings, even though she can't eat them any more.. sorry about that Edna
Experiment and see what tingles your pallette!
