In Response To: o's out there what did u do for exercise today? (Mary-Ellen(0+))
I do exercise video tapes because the weather is bad, Richard simmons and Taebo, also a Cardio glider and I do the stairs to the 5th floor about 3-4 X's a day. You do for people all day, know that exercise will benefit only you. Make "you" a priority. It will be easier to get started. Increase slowly everyday.
