Breakfast: a bowl of steamed veg (carrot, zucchini, broccoli, celery, spinach, squash), some tahini drizzled over, and 100grams of tuna. LOOONNNGGGG cuup coffee (only one for the day. And a fresh yellow peach.
Lunch: Soy-bean fruit salad. (cooked soy beans with diced fruit). A dollop of sheep yoghurt on top.
Supper: My favorite smoothie - made from soy custard, a big blob of crunchy peanut butter, and any mix of fruits I have to hand. Sometimes I add carob to this. If I am feeining protein-hungry I might toss in a hard-boiled egg.
During the day I snack on apples or a teasp of peanut butter rolled in raisins.
tomorrow the menu may ne quite different.
Robyn, I have noticed that if I have a BIG "dinner-type" breakfast I am much less hungry during the day.
Hope others respond to your post, as I am interested in alternatives, too.
