Take 2 heaping tablespoons stirred into water before meals, three times a day. I some times take a fourth dose right before bedtime, to help me sleep.
You can mix it in any kind of juice, veggie or fruit, soy milk, almond milk, etc. I sometimes blend juice or soy milk with a banana and add 2-3 tablespoons of yeast then whirl it in the blender. If you take it before meals, the yeast's protein will steady your blood sugar level for several hours after you've eaten. I find that I eat very little when I take the yeast before meals. I don't mean a couple of tablespoons of food, I just don't gorge myself on sweets or carbohydrates any more, and consequently, I've lost weight and have maintained that loss with no sweat.
