"Fruit Cream"

In Response To: Great idea for O-style vegetables (Danyele - O- ENFJ secretor status yet unknown)

Danyele:

Here is a "fruit cream" I have made before and it's excellent: Freeze some bananas (without the skin) and have other frozen fruits readY (whatever is HB for Os--not quite familiar what fruits you all are allowed to eat :-) Then take a meat grinder (I do it in my Champion juicer--with the bottom closed up where the juice usually runs through..) and grind first the bananas (which become the cream base) and then the other frozen fruits and then mix the bananas with the frozen fruits up and it is delicious!! You have to work quite quickly though because you don't want everything to become runny. I have done the base with Bananas and found that Strawberries, Cherries, frozen Pineapple work really well.

Hope you like it.
Silke
